Vintage Yellow Reuban's Lady Planter or Catch-all

Little vintage planter or catch-all that is cheerful and bright! I could see this on a vanity or in a bathroom as a makeup brush holder or in an entryway with a small plant.

Excellent vintage condition. Minor crazing and some wear consistent with age. Please see the photos and message for more details.
