Vintage Yellow Rueben's Lady Planter or Vase

Little vintage planter or catch-all that is cheerful and bright! I could see this on a vanity or in a bathroom as a makeup brush holder or in an entryway with a small plant. 3" deep, 5.75" tall, 4" wide

Some rough spots around the rim, minor stains on interior, some crazing and wear on paint consistent with age. Please see the photos and message for more details.
