Vintage Handmade Primitive Folk Art Wooden Woman Wall Hangining

This little piece is just perfect for decorating a farmhouse or country style kitchen! Handmade/ painted woman in country dress and bonnet, holding a basket of eggs. and signed on the back by the artist. Has a little hole at top for threading twine through or fastening over a nail. I'm not sure what the notch on the side is for? Holding a towel maybe? 10" long, 2.25 inches wide. This item has significant wear and signs of age/ use. Please review photos carefully.
