Vintage Anthropomorphic Cat Art, Framed Original Watercolor (5x7 in)

This anthropomorphic cat is fe-line fine in a pretty ruffled blue dress. Original watercolor (not a print) signed, matted, and frame. Frame is fairly lightweight and can stand or hang (although it is probably better for hanging as the stand seems a bit flimsy). 5X7 inches.
